The E46 M3 was arguably one of the best tuned street cars straight off the assembly line. Tuners around the world eagerly awaited for BMW’s new generation M3 and finally it has arrived. We caught glimpses of the first one at SEMA 2007, and we couldn’t wait until they abundantly hit the streets and aftermarket manufacturers got the ball rolling on them. MW Design Technik is one of the premier European tuners in the world. When they got their hands on an E92 M3 coupe it was no surprise that they’d start with the best of the best modifications.
While there isn’t a huge amount of modifications available for the E92 M3, MW Design Technik still set out to customize their own with a clean set of modifications. The exterior has been accentuated with a pair of carbon fiber goods from Vorsteiner. Their front spoiler and rear diffuser are fine upgrades to the already aggressive E92 M3 exterior. The vehicle was then slightly lowered with a set of H&R Sport Springs, narrowing the wheel gap as MW Design Technik fitted on an aggressive set of 20×9 / 20×10.5 HRE 890R wheels in a flat black finish. The polished lips are further protected with none other than Falken’s FK452 rubber in a 245/30/20 and 285/25/20 sizing. Lastly MW Design Technik threw out the stock exhaust and replaced it with Eisenmann’s 4x83mm quad tipped piece.
