Their Corghi Artiglio Master mounting machine is highly automated and designed to ensure delicate handling of the finest wheels. The wheel is held only with rubber pads, with no metal fingers that might mar its lip, and tires are mounted and dismounted without the use of levers, prying, or physical effort from the operator. Their Coats XR 1800 wheel balancer allows weight to be installed behind the spoke for a neater appearance and even provides a printed sheet showing the balance work done, with the ability to characterize wheel damage such as bends. The John Bean V3D 3 ARAGO system measures wheel alignment without ever touching the vehicle or its wheels, providing optimum accuracy in minimal time. One detail we appreciated: you’ll never see a Shoreline Motoring technician tighten a wheel lug with an impact wrench. A torque wrench is used on every car, every time.
