Integra Type R Expo 2007

Who wants to get drunk? HA, i could sit here all day and try to butter you all up with a story about this and that but the bottom line is Expo was full of Drunkards! It was a fun time to say the least. I had an amazing time shooting, showing off on the minibike, watching people fall, change car parts, and basically raise hell on the track! And boy was there alot of that going on. People did not hold back, and event pushed their cars to the limits of running of the corse and wrecking. Some did, but i am glad to report that everyone walked away unscratched. Their pride on the other hand might be scraped up some!

Over 250 cars, 15 sponsors, 38 free items, killer food, a few hunnies, and alot of people from the Honda-Tech forum lurking the premissis, you all know that i had a ball! I even encountered a ride along wth Andy Meek aka “Hooch” that was awesome. The ITR with the green front end had some balls! I mean come on, when you are pushing 128mph til the last possible second b4 a turn and come around the turn with the rear of the car getting loose, only to look over and see your driver with a thumb in the air and a look in his eye begging for more, you cannot help but feel the sensation of joy in the seat of your pants! Running VIR full, this was a very fast event, and with many cars reaching 140 in the straightaways you have to say that people had to be on their A game while running on this track. Night time festivites had it all! Someone set off an airbag, people were busy getting back to chatting with people they have never met or dont get to see but 1 time per year, and my personal favorite, cookout! My hard drive was raided and the likes of Kool Moe D, Cool C, Poison, Culture Club, and Crowded House were event listened too in the wee am hours!

To the people who were involved in throwing Expo 7, i have to thank you for making it happen and for making Tunerzine feel welcome to come and peep the event. You guys throw a great event, KILLER night party, and you keep the track on lock. Expo 2008 is a must!!!
