For those that actually pay attention to everything that happens on tunerZine, you’ll notice we’ve been advertising an Xtreme Ride Revamp that involves a giveaway of a Saturn Ion Coupe. Working together with plenty of high quality companies, the Saturn was actually designed and coordinated by Brian Fox of Fox Marketing and built by our one and only digitalMak. So it was without question that Donny would get to take some snaps of the car in its completed state before it was given away.
On the exterior, RAZZI styling can be seen from the front bumper all the way to the rear, including the spoiler. The high quality paint job consisted of none other than BASF RM Fire Red paint. Combine that with the expert painting of A Class Paint & Body Repair and Meguiar’s detailing and the exterior is as immaculate as it can get. Clean styling with a shiny finish – whoever won this vehicle had a gem in their hands before they even got in the driver’s seat.
Speaking of the driver’s seat, the entire interior was overhauled with Classic Soft Trim Leather & Suede package. A couple of gauges from Autometer and Ignited switches were included to enhance the look of the cockpit while giving the new owner some info on the car’s happenings. TWM Performance swapped out the stock shifter and shift knob with a short shifter and knob of their own.
Underneath the hood, the 2.2L Ecotec motor received some goods from the fine people at F5 Fujita Air and SPEC clutches. F5 Fujita Air is a new intake company on the market with an extremely high quality product. In fact, orange, which is our primary color, will definitely be the new color of envy. Check out www.f5air.com if you haven’t done so already. The stock valve cover was also painted red to match the exterior. On each four corners of the car, Eibach Springs lower the chassis 1.2-inches while Power Slot slotted rotors are almost concealed by the massive 20×7.5-inch Konig Tuner wheels. Wrapped with 225/30/20 BFGoodrich Tires, this Saturn was one giveaway packed with high quality products.
Lastly, the audio was overhauled with goods from Rockford Fosgate. Installed by Premier Design Mobile, a pair of amplifiers, components and a 15-inch subwoofer sits nice and clean in the trunk.
