In the world of luxury tuning, owners often keep their cars subtle and clean with enhancements that fulfill their high demands in daily driving. Enjoying their vehicle is one thing, finding pure ecstasy in their experience can arguably be their ultimate goal. Owners Henry Kuo and Ritsa Kwok took delivery of this 2005 Lexus SC430 with aspirations to making their SC430 experience pure ecstasy. Their path to achieve this goal reinforced the fact that it doesn’t always take an overabundance of money but rather tasteful modifications done right.
Starting with the exterior, a full WALD Executive Line body kit was installed to enhance the stock lines of the curvaceous SC430 body. Lowering the profile ever so slightly while giving the car a little more aggressive of a stance, the WALD body kit is synonymous with quality and beauty. Making passer-bys take an extra glance at the rear of the vehicle is a TOMS roof spoiler. On the suspension side of things, this SC430 has been dropped to its bearable ride height thanks to TEIN’s CS coilovers which helps retain the luxurious ride the SC430 is known for. Daizen sway bars were bolted onto the front and rear of the chassis to help balance out any under or over-steering the owners might encounter.
Rolling in complete style, this SC430 can automatically drop its top down with a push of a button. The roar of the Blitz exhaust easily grabs anyone’s attention as the staggered set of Trafficstar DTS wheels in a 20×9/20×10.5-inch variety is like icing on the cake. Wrapped with 255/35/20 and 285/30/20 Dunlop Leman 702 series tires, the compliment of the wheels makes this SC430 ride in perfect luxury and style while hardly retaining its stock profile.
So for those that look towards owning a luxury vehicle one day, we should start taking notes now that sometimes it’s better not to go extreme.
