The Mitsubishi Evolution 8 is without a doubt one of the most complete vehicles that is available on the market right now. Turbocharged and AWD straight off the lot, it’s hard to believe that plenty more can be done to reach the goal of perfection. This pristine white Evolution has reached over 330AWHP and 295AWTQ with the assistance of healthy modifications that go straight to the point.
Bumping up the stock horsepower starts with the K&N intake system but hardly ends there. On the exhaust side is a 3″ Megan Racing downpipe to a 3″ Perrin testpipe and out a 3″ Megan Racing cat-back exhaust system. Plenty of high rpm horsepower comes from a set of HKS cams; 264 on the intake side and 272 on the exhaust side. Additional fuel is now fed into the system from a Walbro 255lph fuel pump which is a necessity once the boost is turned up through the TurboXS boost controller and UTEC ECU. Adjusting the new HKS cams comes from the limited edition AEM 5-bolt cam gears.

Lowering the exterior of the car to give ample warning that this isn’t a stock Evolution is a set of TEIN S-Tech springs. GTSPEC front and rear strut bars stiffen up the chassis while a Cusco lower arm bar balances everything out for this AWD wonder. Helping give the exterior a whole new aggressive look is a complete Charge Speed body kit and VIS carbon fiber hood and trunk. Mixing black and white often needs a little smoothening out on the edges, so the headlights received a custom blacked-out set and the stock taillights were swapped for the ever popular Evolution 7 set. The wheels are none other than a custom set of TE-37s in a shade never seen before.
There’s no argument here, as Mitsubishi built a stronger foundation off the Evolution 8 with the MR edition. This Evolution 8 however, has gone towards perfection with the aid of new goods. Beware however, wide body is in the works as well as more horsepower, so stay tuned for a revamped version of a perfect Evolution 8.
