Formula D returned to Irwindale Speedway for its final event of 2008 where a champion would be crowned. When the smoke cleared Tanner Foust was awarded with his second championship crown making him a back to back Formula D champion. But the spotlight wasn't only on him, as Vaughn Gittin JR continued to show his expertise at dominating the competition at Irwindale Speedway by taking the event win. Rhys Millen was the Tires.com Triple Crown winner. We'll see you all next year!
