Last weekend California got its first taste of the Sport Compact drag racing this year with the CMI event held at Sacramento Speedway. The March Mayhem brought out a lot of new faces and some old faces to the track to get the 2009 season started off right. With weather looming during the week, the heavens opened up and brought in the sunlight which made for a awesome day of racing.

In the T-4 Class Mike Wong took first place with a time of 9.9 at 153mph in his Civic.

The JSJBrothers share with us their coverage from this event, look for more features and coverage from the CMI events in the 2009 season.
