The Perfect Tapestry Park, St. Johns Town Center Selling Strategy: Alcohol

Real Estate Selling Strategy: Alcohol
Where was she when I was huddled in the corner waiting 14  months to sell my Tapestry Park town home. Three Forks, listen up.  A woman in Chicago had the same problem, until she started thinking “out of the bottle.”
She proposed to her real estate agent that they offer $1,000 in food and drinks (easily done in a place like Tapestry Park), and this would work for the St. Johns Town Center’s Georgetown condos as well, where you can see Maggiannos from your dining room window. Eat and drink your fill, step out to the curb, look both ways, walk about 50 yards and you’re home. Genius.

She was suffering the same dilemma we’re all facing, making our property stand out. I‘ll be darned if many of those well-heeled Three Forks customers would not have taken a shine to my place, a three minute walk to Three Forks, Sushi, Thai, and maybe 10 minutes walk to Seven Bridges (figure an extra five minutes on the return trip to compensate for stumbling). In this case, I would suggest a designated crossing buddy for Gate Parkway at Tinseltown. Do the local restaurants like this plan? Ya think? They’re even handing out her flyers.

"Alan, house hunting was so much fun with you! I was worried that we'd be overwhelmed, but you made it all make sense, and we couldn't have found that home without you being on your toes. Only on the market one day – I can't believe we were able to get it. Thanks!"
